Subject:New NDM 1062 poor refer temp

On the road and old refer died.  Had brand new NDM 1062 installed.  Freezer temp 8-10F  (OK with this), and refer temp 40-42F with the temp setting on 5 (max) in AM after door not opened all night.  Refer temp higher of course is slightly higher during daytime when door is opened/closed.  Question--Is this a thermistor issue or can an adjustment be made to lower the temp so the refer is in the 35-38F range?

It could be a thermistor issue, but the problem could also be with a lot of other things, including a cooling unit related issue.  Since it is new, I'd get to the first service center available,

TJ, thanks for your quick reply.  I will take it to a service center since it is under warrenty (only 5 days old).  Do I understand correctly from your reply that there is no adjustment in setting of the temp range other than that on the eyebrow?
